We only use the finest ingredients when baking our cupcakes. Fresh vanilla bean is mixed in every batter and whipped in every frosting. The fresh vanilla adds an intense flavor that can not be replicated using vanilla extract. The pods of the vanilla can also be jarred to make homemade vanilla extract or added to granulated sugar to make vanilla sugar.
